PHYSICAL VAPOR DEPOSITION, METALIZATION, SHINE, QUALITY!

INTRODUCTION
Our enterprise provides reliable, careful work in the field of metallization using the PHYSICAL VAPOR DEPOSITION technology, based on our more than 25 years’ experience,
proved by innumerable positive feedback from our customers.
Our earnest and careful attitudes ensure quality work; we aim to make our customers happy and satisfied. Presently our workshop consists
of more physical evaporation chambers, allowing the deposition of high-quality aluminum coatings in micron thickness.
We are fully aware of the fact that the prerequisites of perfect metallization are the proper pre and post-treatment. Precisely because of this, our production machinery has recently undergone massive development to ensure excellent, professional quality on the market. Regarding pre-treatment, presently flame treatment and corona treatment
are available, but we are ready to introduce plasma treatment as well.
Nowadays, pre- and post-coating using lacquers are done only by modular, fully automatized, robotized machinery, so, to ensure the competitiveness,
we are equipped with more devices meeting these requirements.
Automatized, digitized, tailored solutions are key trends in, and integral parts of up-to-date industrial lacquer coating technology. Continuous development of these technologies is part of our routine, following the latest trends of coating technology as our goal is to extend cooperation with existing and future partners domestically and abroad.
We are ready for new challenges, to new joint development and production projects!
We sincerely hope to see you among our partners, customers soon!

TECHNOLOGY
What does physical vapor deposition mean? Where do we meet this technology?
The process
Metal coating by evaporation – the production of thin metal coatings on substrates - can be achieved (among others) by the controlled evaporation and deposition of metals in a vacuum. This technology is usually referred to
as Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD).
What does it mean?
The product to be coated is primed to ensure excellent adhesion and metallic shine, and the coating is post-treated by a wear-resistant protective coating.
Variability of the applied coating
Our coating technology allows the variation of the coating properties. For example, the glossy surface can be colored to gold, silver, bronze, and other metal lusters, but we can also make a dull finish.
Where do I meet such coatings?
PVD coatings are prepared on plastic, glass, and metal surfaces.
Widespread use includes lamps, reflector housings, electronics housings (EMI shielding), cosmetics packaging, automotive parts (handles, radiator grill etc.),
food and nutritional supplement packaging, light protecting films, and pouches.
Is it environmentally hazardous?
As it is a closed technology, there are no hazardous by-products.
Which factors influence quality?
It depends strongly on the surface quality and on the application of a protective coating providing mechanical resistance to ensure long-term quality.
SERVICES
Quality ensured!
Metal vapor deposition
Our technology is capable of producing high gloss coatings on plastics, metals, and glass.
“Metal plating”
Production of high gloss, thicker reflective coating on plastics, metals, and glass by PVD is possible. Typical application: automotive reflector surface.
Series production
Our production machinery allows the coating of cosmetics lids, any other PP caps, or other smaller products to be coated in series production, up to several ten thousand per day.
Individual production
The size of our equipment allows the application of thinner or thicker PVD coatings on unique, larger size pieces (lamps, shades, other parts made of plastic, glass or metal). Size range: diameter: 1 mm – 450 mm, height:
up to 1150 mm.
With our technology and equipment we can make PVD coatings on cylindrical or square shaped glass objects.
CERTIFICATES
of which we are proud!
MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2015
This quality control system was introduced in 2018. Our aim is that the products and services of our company and the relevant laws and standards make us able to meet our internal requirements and to increase the satisfaction
of our customers.
MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015
The integrated quality and environmental management system was introduced in 2019. An environmentally benign operation is our primary goal to protect our environment. Therefore we endeavor to keep the environmental
impact of our activity, our products, and services within strictly controlled limits.
MSZ EN ISO 28001:2008
The plant security management system was introduced in 2019. We are convinced that a responsible leader planning for the long term considers the co-workers and employees important partners, so we prioritized the achievement
of healthy and safe work conditions.

Our company has a certificate of the Roland Eötvös Physical Society in the field of vacuum physics and technology, signed by Dr. Sándor Bohátka.
